Action Mobility Service LLC

UPDATE 4/6 - Action mobility has refused to let a reputable company within our area fix the mess they made and have yet to remedy the situation. I was stuck 6 weeks postpartum with a newborn and toddler to do the job they got payed for and did not finish as my husband had to return to work. We were...

Great moving experience and JJ and his partner were very efficient and professional.

Movers were great. Professional approach and showed so much care for my things. Even helped get the tv put together safely cause I can’t do that on my own. Very nice and caring.

The team was on time, professional, efficient, friendly, and wonderful. I could not have asked for a better group of gentlemen to deliver my household goods.

The ladies that showed up were absolutely amazing! They packed our house so quickly and efficiently, were friendly and patient with us. Thank you so much Felicia, Ashlea & DeDe. I hope you’re bosses see this and recognize your hard work!

Packers and loaders were timely on arrival, extremely professional and efficient. Very little time was wasted and use of materials to safeguard my items were sufficient. Out of the 5 times I've had a professional shopping agency move me, these guys and gals were first class!

Action Mobility Services sent the two most professional packers! Fully packed in 7 hours with time to spare. Highly recommend!

Worst move ever for our military son and family . Major damage to personal items and terrible packing from packers and loaders.

Five star service was rendered by Action Mobility Team.

Great company, does excellent work and on time, very respectful, packed everything professionally with extra care and did not damage anything

If I could give a zero I would. Don't let them near your household goods. Stuff was missing. Inventory was documented poorly and they showed up to deliver with just a driver!

From start to finish very professional and quick but tentative! Very friendly and made great conversation! 10/10 recommend!

Nice place can park on the side off the road for the night

They were excellent very mannerable move things where I asked them to & very quick and efficient and of course I would use them again plus tell all my friends about them in a nutshell highly recommended! Thank you guys so much & that move relieves a lot of stress.

Best moving company I've had. Well organized, efficient, and very professional. The packing ladies went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, even did things their not supposed to do. Once my items arrived I didn't have not one broken item, nothing was stolen, inventory was numbered and l...

Worst movers I have had in my 22 years. My household goods arrived and our entertainment center is missing two legs, the kitchen table is missing parts and pieces, our bedroom vanity is missing the door and the pieces. The movers did not unscrew the legs on our sofa but rather straight pulled them o...

The movers seemed so sweet and pretended to care about our belongings. We bought them breakfast and lunch every day for 4 days while packing and loading. Loading day came and it should have been a red flag. They dropped our sofa on our dining room chair. Drug our loveseat on its side down the drivew...

Horrible service company. Lucrative government contracts don't always land on reputable businesses. If you are conducting a military PCS move from Barksdale AFB don't let them in your home. Find another moving service if you value your property. At some point my furniture sat in water (as evidenced...

If you are conducting a military PCS move and this company is listed as your servicing agent, contact the transportation office immediately to find another moving service. This was by far the worst moving experience I've had in 10 years. This was the first in 5 moves that I've had to list more than...

05/30 update: called Action Mobility to check on the status of my truck that was rescheduled for today (yet again). The response was "we will not talk to you. And you better watch what you put on Facebook, before you find yourself in trouble." So, not only are they unprofessional and immoral. Now th...

This company was hired by BAFB to move us for our PCS and there were multiple items of jewelry stolen from us. The company was of no help and even accused us of lying or misplacing the items, which was not the case especially since it was MULTIPLE items. I would move my families stuff across the cou...
